This prop use a demo version of "You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch. A restored version of the audio can be found here. There's also an accurate piano arrangement under the miscellaneous tab if interested.
This Grinch swings presents around and lifts his hat to the 2000 version of "You're A Mean One, Mr. Grinch." Takes 4 AA Batteries. His head, presents, and shoes are made of a resin/hard plastic, while the rest of his body is made of fabric, stuffing, and animatronic parts. Unlike the handstand Grinch and the hip swinging Grinch, this grinch has an open box, and a completely new head sculpt that doesn't seem to have been reused.
