This set is one of the many figures made for the "Extreme Grinch" line. Per the caption, this line was inspired by a subplot in the shooting script, nicknamed "Whovenile Delinquent Grinch", where Martha and the Mayor think back on their teenage years. In the subplot, the Grinch was a rockstar motorcyclist. That part of the script was cut, but these toys have survived.

There's six variants of this figure: one with a blue/purple board, one with a yellow board, one with a blue board, one with a dark green board, one with a orange board, and one with a light green board.. All variants include two spare bindings, one screwdriver, and four screws. As the packaging says, the grinch has a wire inside him, allowing you to pose his arms and legs.  Boards are interchangable with the snowboard packs.
