This set is one of the many figures made for the "Extreme Grinch" line. Per the caption, this line was inspired by a subplot in the shooting script, nicknamed "Whovenile Delinquent Grinch", where Martha and the Mayor think back on their teenage years. In the subplot, the Grinch was a rockstar motorcyclist. That part of the script was cut, but these toys have survived.

This figure comes with motorized skateboard that moves when pulled back, along with a bendable Grinch figure.
