This set is one of the many figures made for the "Extreme Grinch" line. Per the caption, this line was inspired by a subplot in the shooting script, nicknamed "Whovenile Delinquent Grinch", where Martha and the Mayor think back on their teenage years. In the subplot, the Grinch was a rockstar motorcyclist. That part of the script was cut, but these toys have survived.

This is the closest thing to a playset that this line had. The set comes with a bike, bendable Grinch, a platform, working brakes, changeable tires, and a working crank. Little is known about this set as there are only two known sold listings. As the packaging says, the grinch has a wire inside him, allowing you to pose his arms and legs.
