This set is one of the four sets released in this line. It features two figures: Whobilation Grinch and Mayor May Who, both of whom are exclusive to this set. The Grinch has 14 points of articulation, whereas the Mayor has 3 points. This set comes with one main accessory, that being the whobilation crown. As for the action feature, a button on the gun turns the spiral of flock around. Unlike many of the other sets, the flocking gun comes from the shooting script rather than the film.

Here's the condensed quote from the script: "The Grinch does an acrobatic FLIP, grabs the sprayer out of his hands. THE GRINCH- Oh, FLOCK YOU! He sticks the gun into Who-Bris's pants and FOOM! They're full of flock."
